The right of withdrawal can be exercised without any penalty and without having to specify the reason within 14 days of receipt of the goods, by sending an email to email@example.com or from the appropriate section of the user panel.
The instructions for the goods return procedure will then be indicated.
It is specified that the shipping costs for returning goods are charged to the user.
To exercise the withdrawal it is essential that the goods are intact and that the object has the original packaging, with all tags.
The amount of the purchased goods will be refunded within 30 days following the return of the goods.
(The right of withdrawal is excluded for customized products and for face masks with open packaging).
EXCHANGE OF GOODS and / or REFUND
In case of exercising the right of return for exchange of goods, the procedure to be followed is as follows:
1. Write an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receiving the product describing the reasons that led to the opening of the return procedure.
2. Follow the return procedure procedures as per the communication received from our customer service.
3. Make sure the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with all tags affixed.
Remember that you can only ship your return from the country where you placed the order. We will only replace or refund items returned according to the instructions. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.
The return of the product must take place within 48 hours after receiving the email from our customercare with the methods to be followed (the date indicated on the postmark or on the courier's transport document will prevail).
The return will be managed within 3-4 working days following the date of receipt of the goods returned to our warehouse. The result will be communicated within the same period (acceptance with replacement of the product or refund in case of impossibility of replacement). Refunds are made by bank transfer or Paypal refund.
The costs of returning the product for exchanges are charged to the customer. In case of exchange of goods, the shipment of the new product to the customer is free in Italy for one time only (excluding the smaller islands, the Venice lagoon and Sardinia).
In the sole case of the sale of a customized product, the refund of the amount spent for the purchase cannot be made.
